The club has invested heavily in new technology making it very easy for members to book on guests. The terms and conditions are very clearly laid out within the booking procedure. GUESTS NEED TO BE BOOKED ON AND PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THROUGH THE CLEAR PAY SYSTEM ONLINE.
Unfortunatley there has been a number of members of late taking guests on the course without booking them on or paying for them. The SMT takes this very seriously and has agreed that this will be dealt with in the following way.
1. Receive a Verbal Warning
2. V1 access removed for a month
3. Suspension pending an investigation and a disciplinary hearing.

By not booking guests on you risk liability for any accidents that happen, and you are depriving the golf club of much needed revenue.
