We have a friendly and welcoming ladies section with 22 members and we are delighted to have new members joining us this year.
We are planning to run a ladies only Get Into Golf event so if you are interested please contact the ladies secretary emailing Secretary@ryburngolfclub.com or by using the Contact Us button.
The fees at Ryburn offer exceptional value - although we play the 9 hole course twice there are different tees for most holes - it’s a short but challenging course….and we always stay for a drink after!
Junior girls are welcome to join Ryburn and play in all comps alongside the ladies.
Elliot, Invictus Golf offers coaching in the course or in his (warm and dry) studio in Ripponden.

We were delighted that Pam Wadsworth accepted Ruth Jackson’s invitation to be her Lady Vice Captain last year and is now the Ryburn GC’s Lady Captain. Pam has been a member for many years and is a valued member of the club.

We are delighted that Ruth has agreed to stay on as Lady Captain for a second year and hopefully this year she will be able to host the usual prize givings and arrange the social events that were absent in 2020.
Pam Wandsworth has accepted Ruth’s invitation to be Lady Vice Captain and all the Ladies Committee agreed to stay on for another year to support Ruth and Pam. Despite the difficulties of 2020 we have over 30 lady players in our thriving section and we are looking forward to golf and competitions starting again. We have a busy year planned of Majors, Medals, Stablefords and a 9 hole league.
We play most of our golf on a Thursday however we also offer alternative dates on a Saturday for many comps. Ladies are encouraged to join in with the club roll ups and most Fridays there is a 9 hole social golf events.
